Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After 30 days, we’re not able to offer a refund or exchange.
What Can Be Returned
Your mobile phone screen or accessory must be unused, uninstalled, in the same condition you received it, and in its original anti-static packaging with all included parts (adhesive strips, screws, labels, etc.).
We can’t accept returns for:
- Screens or parts that have been installed, tested, or show signs of use
- Special-order, pre-order, or clearance items
- Items missing original packaging or with altered serial numbers
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or firmware
- Personal hygiene or special-use components
Please include your order number or proof of purchase with any return.
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund will be issued, such as when:
- Items show scratches, installation marks, or missing parts
- Items arrive after the 30-day return window
- Damage occurred for reasons not related to our error
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know whether it’s approved.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (processing can take several days)
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to us at {email address}.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or clearance items aren’t eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We’ll replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the return value. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll email you a gift certificate.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
Mail your return to: {physical address}.
You’re responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on your location, delivery time for an exchanged item may vary.
For high-value phone screens or bulk orders, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your return.
